How it works

Three steps, then it runs on its own

  1. 1

    Connect Jobber

Link your Jobber account, or send us a spreadsheet of invoices and completed jobs during the pilot.

  2. 2

    Approve your mail once

Pick a template, add your logo and wording, and choose your timing (for example, 15 days past due). You see a proof before anything mails.

  3. 3

    We print and mail

Letters and postcards go out by First-Class mail from your shop's name and address. Once an invoice is paid in Jobber, its reminders stop.

What StampTruck sends for you

StampTruck Reminders

Mailed payment reminders in your name

When a Jobber invoice goes past due, StampTruck mails a friendly paper reminder on your letterhead. It has a link and QR code to your own Jobber invoice, so your customer pays you directly.

  • Your name, logo, address and phone. Ours appears nowhere.
  • Polite, plain wording that you approve
  • Checks the invoice status before each letter prints
  • A clear "already paid or have a question? Call us" line
StampTruck Block Drop

Neighbor postcards after every job

When you finish a job, StampTruck mails a postcard with your offer to the nearby homes, usually about 30 (anywhere from 20 to 50, your call). It's your yard sign, delivered to the whole block.

  • Templates for every trade, from plumbing to pest control
  • Addressed to "Resident" at each nearby home
  • Never names your customer unless they say yes
  • Pay per mailing, with no list to buy

FAQ

Good questions from shop owners

Does it look like it's from us?

Yes. Letters carry only your shop's name, logo, address, phone and payment link. StampTruck's name isn't on the letter or the envelope.

Do you contact my customers any other way?

No. We print and mail what you approve. We never call, text or email your customers, and we don't negotiate with them. If they have a question, they call you.

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. Payments go straight to you through your own Jobber invoice or phone line. StampTruck charges a flat price per letter or per mailing, no matter what happens next.

Can I edit the wording?

Yes. Start from our polite templates and approve the final version. We keep letters friendly and plain, with no threats and no added fees.

What if the customer already paid?

We check the invoice right before each letter prints. If it's paid or voided, the letter is cancelled and you aren't charged.

Who gets the neighbor postcards?

Homes near the job, addressed to "Resident." By default, cards say "on your street" and never name your customer or show their house unless they've said yes.

Do I need Jobber?

Jobber comes first. During the pilot, shops on other software can send a simple spreadsheet. Tell us what you use on the form below.

Where do you mail?

The pilot starts with shops in the Denver metro and Colorado. More states will follow.
